Born in Milan in 1965, he has been a member of the Eni 231 Supervisory Body since June 2020. Since 2006, he has been a founding member of the LCG – Lecis Cannella Grassi - Associated Law Firm, with offices in Milan, Rome and Bologna. Since 1991, he has been a lecturer and supervisor for various training courses. Since 1992, he has published extensively on criminal matters.

From 1989 to 1991, he worked as a Lawyer at the Law Firm Gioacchino Valenzano.
From 1991 to 1999, he joined the Law Firm of Prof. Azzali in Milan as a Lawyer.
From 2001 to 2004, he was a member of the National Confindustria Commission responsible for drafting the Guidelines for the implementation of Organisational Models.
From 2001 to 2005, he was a Member of the Tax Law Firm in association with Ernst & Young in Milan.
He graduated in Law from the “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” University.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and the local Criminal Lawyers Association.
He has been admitted to appear at the Court of Cassation.
